I'm Joy, a designer with 3 years of experience in emerging tech, in-depth research, and strategy. As an experience enabler, a strategic system thinker, and a resilient owner, my goal is to create experiences that connect people, elevate teams, and push boundaries.
With a dual degree in Information Science (User Experience) & Communication from Cornell University and MFA Design and Technology (User Experience) at Parsons, I blend technical understanding with data-driven, human-centered design principles.
The Enabler
I see untapped potential where others might only see limitations. My greatest joy comes from empowering people—creating environments where teammates discover their own solutions and users gain confidence through thoughtfully designed experiences.

When someone says "I did this myself" rather than "you helped me do this"—that's when I know I've truly succeeded in empowering others.
